How it works

Set up the floor. Move the stock. Count it. Trust it.

Oholiab mirrors the place the parts actually live, then records every movement as it happens. The numbers on the screen are the numbers on the shelf.

Set up the floor

Plants, warehouses, bins. Parts with categories and units of measure. The structure matches your building, so a part has one place it should be.

Move the stock

Every receipt, issue and transfer is a transaction with a who, a when and a where. Bulk changes come in from the spreadsheet you already keep.

Count it

Stock counts by bin, expected against counted, variances explained and posted. The shelf corrects the system, and the system remembers why.

An audit trail that nobody can edit, scoped to your company, visible by role. When a number is questioned, the answer is already there.

The build

Many parts. One thing.

A product is a list of parts. Oholiab knows what you have today; next it works out what you need, and then it tells your configurator what you can promise.

Why Oholiab

The name, and the three threads.

Every Kinara product’s mark carries its own story. Oholiab’s is told in three rings that are woven, not stacked. Say it oh-ho-lee-ab.

01 · Three threads

Blue, purple and scarlet

Oholiab was the craftsman named beside Bezalel to build the tabernacle — an embroiderer and weaver in blue, purple and scarlet thread (Exodus 38:23). Three rings, three threads, in Kinara’s own colours.

02 · Woven, not stacked

Each one passes through the last

The rings do not sit on top of each other; they interlock the way real links do — over here, under there. His craft was joining many materials into one finished thing.

03 · Many parts, one thing

That is a bill of materials

A product is many parts that must all be there to become one thing. Oholiab keeps every thread accounted for, so the whole can be made.

The less-famous craftsman, whose fine work made the whole possible.
Bezalel is the name people know. Oholiab is the partner whose detailed work enabled it — the right name for the system underneath the product everyone sees.

Built for controlled operations.

For workshops, assemblers and small factories that make things from parts. Kinara Analytics is built into every paid Kinara and Qlaim product; in Oholiab it is what names the part that will stop production first.

Company-scoped from the first record

Every plant, bin, part and movement belongs to your company and nobody else’s. Multi-tenant by design, never by afterthought.

Roles, not trust

Admins set up; the floor moves and counts; everyone sees what their role allows. Invitations, not shared passwords.

Fully traceable

Every movement signed with who, when and where, in an audit history that cannot be edited. The answer to “who moved that?” is always there.

Bulk updates from your spreadsheet

Load parts, bins and balances from an Excel template. The sheet you already keep becomes the starting point, not a chore to retype.

Built toward BOM and MRP

Stock control is the foundation. Bills of materials, planned builds and what-to-order come next on the same records, not a separate system.

The part that stops production first

Kinara Analytics finds the single constraint: the part whose shortage will halt a build soonest, and what to do about it today.
